Old oak has a natural charm and tells a story. The old wood used for these prefabricated wall panels comes from old structures, such as barns, houses or factories. This sustainable material is given a new lease of life by processing it into wall cladding. The 3D wall panels are made from old oak slats that are sawn into various widths and lengths.
The laths are then brushed and planed, then carefully attached to a panel. What makes this 3D cladding special is the use of oak slats in different sizes. Because the laths vary in width and length, a lively and playful pattern is created on the wall. The variation in size and depth of the laths creates a three-dimensional effect. Besides the variation in width and length, the laths also differ in appearance; one lath is planed, the other is brushed.
