An exclusive oak door catches the eye upon entry, an invitation to discover what lies behind it. Historisch Hout produces exclusive barnwood oak doors. We offer two finishes: “Sarajevo” and “Zadar.” An “Sarajevo” surface features the original rough texture of the outer side of a recycled oak beam. This was exactly what our client was looking for in their restored home, which was in the final stages of renovation.

Six stable veneered barnwood oak doors are installed in this rustic home in Drenthe! In addition to the veneered doors, a solid barnwood oak loft door has been chosen as a partition between the bathroom and the bedroom. Besides the doors, several items have been finished with wood from Historisch Hout, including window sills, shutters, and even a beam that supports a steel beam in the living kitchen area.
