'Portugal'

For a beautiful project in the Algarve, Portugal, we had the opportunity to contribute to a unique interior using authentic reclaimed oak. Old oak beams were used for the ceiling, instantly adding warmth, character and a natural appearance to the space.

The robust old oak beams create a beautiful contrast with the light, Mediterranean atmosphere of the home. Natural cracks, weathered textures and subtle variations in colour reveal the long history of the wood. These authentic details are exactly what give the ceiling its distinctive and unique character.

By incorporating barn wood oak so prominently into the ceiling, the room gains extra depth and atmosphere. The result is a timeless interior in which authentic reclaimed wood and the characteristic charm of the Algarve come together beautifully.

A special project that we were very pleased to be part of!
